Rent charging infrastructure. Move it where it is needed.
Available to councils, combined authorities, transport authorities, NHS bodies, universities and other public organisations. Stations are rented on fixed 1, 3, 6 or 12 month terms — or a custom period — charged in advance for the full term rather than monthly, and relocated between sites, events and seasonal programmes by AFTR Tech.
Rented infrastructure, relocated on request.
Public demand is not static. A station that serves a market square in summer may be needed at a transport interchange in winter, at a civic event in spring, or across a night-time economy programme at weekends. Under the rental programme the authority does not purchase equipment — it rents capacity and directs where that capacity is deployed.
AFTR Tech retains ownership, maintains the equipment, supplies replacement stock and carries out every relocation. Charging can be operated as free at the point of use, funded by the authority, or on the standard customer tariff.

Figures are single-station reference rates. Rental and relocation pricing reduces across larger programmes and is confirmed per authority following site assessment.
Choose the period. Pay once, in advance.
Rental is invoiced for the full committed period rather than as a rolling monthly charge. Longer commitments carry a lower effective rate per station.
| Term | Billing | Indicative rate per station | Payable in advance | Included relocations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | Single payment | £299 + VAT per month | £299 + VAT | None |
| 3 months | Single payment for the quarter | £279 + VAT per month | £837 + VAT | None |

Rates shown are single-station reference figures for one venue or site. Multi-station and multi-site programmes are priced individually, with the rate reducing as volume and term increase. Annual and multi-year terms may be invoiced against a purchase order or framework arrangement where required by the authority. Custom periods — for example a four-month seasonal programme or an eight-week event series — are quoted on request.

Authorities that hold capital budget can purchase stations outright and take service, monitoring and replacement stock as optional items.
